Job Description
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and laboratory-related systems.
- Network Management: Maintain and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, servers, and shared folders.
- IT Security: Implement and monitor security measures to ensure optimal performance and data protection.
- System Deployment & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and IT systems.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Develop IT documentation and collaborate with departments to address specific IT needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for IT processes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic
