We are seeking a skilled IT SharePoint Administrator to manage and support our SharePoint environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our SharePoint sites while providing support to end-users and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Site<\/strong> Collection<\/strong> Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Create, configure, and manage site collections and subsites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure proper permissions, security settings, and content management practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– User<\/strong> Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Provide support and training to end-users on SharePoint functionalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Content<\/strong> Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Oversee document libraries, lists, and workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Implement content types, metadata, and governance policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Backup<\/strong> and<\/strong> Recovery<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Schedule and perform regular backups of SharePoint data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Performance<\/strong> Monitoring<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Monitor site performance and usage metrics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain optimal system performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Updates<\/strong> and<\/strong> Maintenance<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to the SharePoint environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure compatibility with third-party applications and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Custom<\/strong> Development<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom SharePoint solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage SharePoint apps and integrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– User<\/strong> Support<\/strong> and<\/strong> Training<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Serve as the primary point of contact for user support inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Compliance<\/strong> and<\/strong> Security<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure adherence to organizational compliance and security policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Implement security measures to protect sensitive information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Documentation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Update the knowledge base for troubleshooting and best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and\/or SharePoint Server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Experience with PowerShell scripting and SharePoint development tools is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n
